Welcome to another Q&A session where I answer questions from y'all on the internet.
Today's question is:
It could be, but more often it’s caused by clogged sunroof drains, loose antennas, roof lights, or roof accessories. Sunroof systems are designed to allow water in and drain it out. When drains get clogged with debris like pine needles, water backs up and leaks inside.
Plugging sunroofs with silicone doesn’t fix the issue — it’s a drainage problem, not a design flaw.
Patrick explains that moisture is usually caused by clogged drains or roof components, not windshield seals.
